One evening after work I decided I would drive around the city & see if I could find a couple of things to shoot. Well I ended up in downtown Hattiesburg where I encountered several independent vendors at a “Farmer’s Market”. One of the things that instantly struck me was the uniqueness of each vendor & the products or mechandise they had for sale. There was everything from homemade honey, jelly, & jams to goat jerky. I love beef jerky just as much as the next person but I don’t think i’m quite ready to venture off & cross over into the goat’s side of the fence (just yet). However, I was tempted to buy some of the “Goat Jerky’ just out of plain curiousity lol. Well anyway I just wanted to share a few of these images with you all. While snapping a few of these shots it really was a great reminder to me of
1.why I love photography so much
2.why I got into photography in the first place.
3.how relaxing and therapeutic it is to just go out & photograph any & everything you see.
It’s definitely a good break from fashion, wedding, & portraiture styles of photography.
Chris I think you are an amazing photographer I love how you capture the essence of the simple things in life. Your pictures are very beautiful and I think you have a great future in photography.
Hi there! Thanks for inviting me to the site! I am a new fan of yours! You managed to capture the beauty of the most simplistic things in life that we often overlook. I would love to have some of these portraits in my kitchen! I love the wedding and engagement collections as well. They ooze love and sincerity in every light. I don’t plan on taking that step anytime soon but I will definitely recommend you! Keep up the fantastic work. I look forward to seeing more!

OMG Chris! This is SO southern! I just love it. Your portraits are great but your landscape photos are just unreal. I love the one with the guy standing over the table. Reminds me of a southern family get together.
Keep it up buddy!
